Agency Placement Fees:

3MNTHS or less : 10% of au pair salary over period of employment.
4MNTHS or longer: 6% of the salary over a one year period.

Placement fee:
6% x Monthly Salary x 12

Example:
Monthly Salary = R8000/pm
6% x 8000 x 12
Placement Fee = R5760(Once-off payment)

If the placement is not successful within the first 3 months for whatever the reason may be, a replacement will be found with no additional fees.

I hereby acknowledge that the agency charges a ONCE-OFF placement fee which is ONLY due upon confirmation of employment i.e. when the candidate accepts the family's offer of employment*

I hereby acknowledge that the placement fee INVOICE is issued upon confirmation of employment* I hereby acknowledge that PAYMENT of the FULL amount as stated on the invoice, is due within 3 days from date of invoice OR prior to the candidate starting (whichever is the SOONER)*

I hereby acknowledge that the STANDARD placement fee for placements of 4 MONTHS or MORE is a once-off fee, which is 6% of the candidate's TOTAL annual income i.e. for 12 months NOT for the period of the actual contract period*

I hereby acknowledge that the SHORT TERM placement fee for placements of 3 MONTHS or LESS is 10% of the candidate's TOTAL income over the contract period.

I hereby acknowledge that IF the contract period of 4 MONTHS or LESS is extended there is an additional placement fee due upon renewal of the contract in accordance with the placement fee prices stated on this form above based on the length of the further renewal period*

I hereby acknowledge that in the event that the placement does NOT work out for whatever reason, within the first three MONTHS from commencement of employment, the agency will REPLACE the candidate at NO additional charge*

I hereby acknowledge that in the highly UNLIKELY event that the candidate does NOT commence employment for whatever reason, the agency will REPLACE the candidate at NO additional charge (should the agency fee have already been paid)*
